Common Name The Fringed Oncidium
Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm]
Found in Brazil and Paraguay in cool mountains and warmer lowlands at elevations of 150 to 450 meters as a small to medium sized, cool to hot growing epiphyte with dark green, terete pseudobulbs carrying two, apical, strap-shaped, acute leaves that blooms in the fall and winter on a 24 to 35" [60 to 90 cm] long, arching, basal, several to many flowered inflorescence.
