Another small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial orchid that is endemic to southern Italy in short grassslands, garrigue, scrub, olive groves and open woodlands at elevations up to 600 meters and blooms in the spring on an erect, terminal, 3 to 8 flowered inflorescence.
