Found in Costa Rica in very wet forests at elevations of700 to 1100 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with held in a fan, narrowly elliptic, falcate acute leaves that blooms in the fall and early winter on an axillary, arching, 1 to 2" [2.5 to 5 cm] long, rachis winged, erose, several flowered inflorescence with cordate-lanceolate, erose denticulate margined floral bracts and carrying flowers with white sepals and lip the resst green.
