Found in Chachapoyae Peru without elevational data as a miniature to just small sized epiphyte with an apparently simple, stout, strict densely leafy stem enveloped by leaf sheaths that are longitudinally and transversly rugose and shiny carrying conduplicate, recurved, numerous, spreading, oblong-semilunate, acute, anterior margins minutely denticulate leaves that blooms on very short, racemose, much shorter than the leaves, few flowered inflorescence with triangular, as long as the ovary floral bracts and carrying very small flowers with sub-parellel segments.
