Common Name Zulherman's Paphiopedilum [Discoverer of Species current]

Flower Size 3.6 to 4.4" [9 to 11 cm]

Found in the Bukit Barisan Mountains of western Sumatra at elevations around 700 to 800 meters as a small sized, warm growing terrestrial with various growths consisting of 4 to 6, grey-green, green veined and dark green mottled, narrowly oblong to oblong-elliptic, obtuse at the tridenticulate apex leaves that blooms in February and March [late winter and early spring] on an erect, 6 to 8" [15 to 20 cm] long, purple and finely pubescent, single flowered inflorescence with ovate-elliptic, obtuse, green spotted with purple bracts.
