Found in Minas Gerais state of Brazil as a small sized terrestrial without leaves at blooming on an erect, peduncle 9.2 to 9.6" [23 to 24 cm] long, provided with up to 9, imbricate, acute, glabrous in the bottom 3/4, sparsely hairy in the upper 1/4, rachis 2.4 to 2.8" [6 to 7 cm] long, conical-cylindrical, to 15 flowered inflorescence with oblong-lanceoalte, acunminate, lower flowers slightly shorter than the flowers
