Common Name The Rigid Peristylus

Found in northern Thailand in evergreen forests at elevations of 850 to 1800 meters as a medium sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with glabrous stems carrying 3 to 4, cauline, scattered in the lower half, lanceolate, subacute to acute leaves and 3 to 7, suberect, lanceolate-oblong, acuminate, sterile bracts that blooms in the fall on an erect, lax, rachis 19 to 36 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with broadly lanceolate, acuminate floral bracts.
