Common Name The Lake Toba Peristylus

Flower Size .4 to .6" [1 to 1.5 cm]

Found in northern Sumatra at elevations around 1450 meters as a small sized, cool growing terrestrial with an oval tuber giving rise to an erect stem carrying a few, oblong, narrowing apically leaves that blooms on an erect, terminal, rachis 1 to 1.6" [2.5 to 4.5 cm] long, 5.8 to 8.8" [14.5 to 22 cm] long overall, dense many flowered inflorescence.
