Common Name The Small Phaius
Flower Size 2 to 2.4" [5 to 6 cm]
Found in Assam, Bangladesh, the eastern Himalayas and Myanmar as a small sized terrestrial with no pseduobulbs and 1 to 4, narrowly elliptic to oblong-lanceolate, acuminate, gradually narrowing below into the grooved, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the winter on an erect, glabrous, 3.2 to 6.4" [8 to 16 cm] long, 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence with elliptic-lanceolate, acute bracts and lanceolate, boat-shaped, acute floral bracts.
