Common Name Guibert's Pholidota [French Orchid Enthusiast early 1900's]

Found in south Vietnam at elevations of 200 to 1150 meters as a small sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with rather slender, irregularily wrinkled pseudobulbs carrying linear-lanceolate, acute, herbaceous, plicate, 7 to 9 prominent nerved, narrowing below into the petiolate base leaves that blooms on a flexuous, to 4.4" [11 cm] long, to 10 flowered inflorescence that arises with half developed leaves and has, obovate floral bracts that are deciduous and fall before flowering and carries wide open, non resupinate flowers
