Common Name The Kaieteur Phragmipedium [a waterfall in Guyana]

Flower Size 2.4" [6 cm]

Found in Surinam and Guyana as a medium sized, warm growing terrestrial that blooms on an erect, several flowered inflorescence

Often cited as a synonym of P lindleyanum but differs in the short status, shorter, non-branching inflorescence and certain floral characteristics, so I have included it as a separate species..
