Found in the Philippines, Vanuatu and Taiwan in montane forests at elevations around 1800 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a leafy stem carrying, distichous, linear, bilaterally flattened leaves that blooms in the winter and summer on a lateral, [9 to 17 cm] long, several to many flowered inflorescence with linear, acumniate floral bracts.
