Common Name Sonohara's Platanthera - In Japan Kunigami-tonbo-sou

Flower Size .28 to .32" [7-8 mm]

Found in Nansei-Shoto [Okinawa] along montane streamsides as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with linear leaves that blooms in the late summer and fall on a 6 to 10" long, [15-25cm] long, several flowered inflorescence.
