Found in Rio de Janiero Brazil at elevations of 600 to 800 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing fasciculate-caespitose epiphyte with erect/ascending, terete ramicauls carrying a single, apical, fleshy, ovate-oblong, rounded apically, slightly convex above, somewhat attenuate beneath, single nerved, sessile leaf that blooms on a fascile or a few, cappilary, arising through a acuminate spathe, glabrous, provided with a median bract, elongate, 1 to 1.2" [2.5 to 3 cm] long, successively single, few flowered inflorescence with shorter thna the pedicel floral bracts.
