Found in Minas Gerais state of Brazil as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing, shortly repent epiphyte with reclining, short, pale ramicauls carrying a single, apical, heart-shaped to oval leaf that blooms in the fall and winter on a short, single flowered inflorescence.
