Common Name or Meaning The Cryptophoranthus-Like Pleurothallis

Found in southeastern Brazil in primary humid forests at elevations of 1300 to 1500 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool, pendent growing epiphyte with slightly compressed apically ramicauls enveloped by 2 wide sheaths and carrying a single, apical, flat, lanceolate, conduplicate, slightly asymentrical, fleshy, dark olive green, purple beneath in bright light leaf that blooms in the summer and fall on 1 to 2, 1.2 to 2.4" [3 to 6 cm] long, simultaneously to 8 flowered inflorescence
