Common Name Henrique Aragon's Pleurothallis

Flower Size .12" [3 mm]

Found in Rio de Janiero Brazil in primary forests at elevations of 900 to 1200 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing, caespitose epiphyte with an erect slender ramicaul enveloped by 2 to 3 orange brown sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceousobovate, papery, conduplicate, slightly infolded basally leaf that blooms in the fall on an erect, arising through a spathe, slightly curved, 8 to 10" [20 to 25 cm] long, successively to 4 at once, to 7 flowered inflorescene carrying pendent flowers.
