Found in Parana state of Brazil as a mini-miniature sized, shortly repent epiphyte with short, erect ramicauls carrying a single, apical, suberect, fleshy, glabrous, linear to oblanceolate-linear, subacute, attenuate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on an erect, pedunculate, to 2" [5 cm] long, sublax, subsecund, 3 to 6 flowered inflorecence
Schlechter compares this species to P linearifolia but
