Found in Minas Gerais state of Brazil in humid, shady forests as a miniature sized, caespitose epiphyte with erect, thin, terete, short ramicaul carryinga single, apical, erect, narrowly oblong-spathulate, acute, minutely tridentate apically, long-attenuate beow into the petioalte base leaf that blooms in the late fall on an erect peduncle, arising from the apex of the ramicaul, capillary, nude, rachis fractiflex-arching-pendent successively 1 to 2, subdistichous, several flowered inflorescence with much shorter than the pedicel floral bracts.
