Common Name or Meaning Tsubota's Pleurothallis [Colombian Nurseryman Current]
Flower Size .2" [5 mm]
Found in Risaralda department of Colombia at elevations around 1650 to 1950 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a slender, erect ramicaul enveloped by 2 to 3, thin, tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, narrowly obovate, subacute, narrowly cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the later spring on anerect, arching, gradually lengthening, 4 to 9.2" [10 to 23 cm] long including the slender 3.2 to 3.6" [8 to 9 cm] long peduncle, successively several flowered inflorescence arising a node near the middle of the ramicaul.
