Common Name The Colorful Pleurothallis
Flower Size .12" [3 mm]
Found in Sao Paulo Brazil as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with thin, terete ramicauls carrying a single, apical, erect, small, fleshy, elliptic-oblong, single nerved, purple-spotted beneath, acute apically atteneuate below ito the base leaf that blooms in the winter on an as long as the leaf, to just shorter than fliliform , fractiflex, single, rarely 2 flowered inflorescence.
Kew includes Pleurothallis podoglossa Hoehne 1938 as a synonym of this species, I have left them separate for now.
