Common Name The Green Flowered Pleurothallis
Flower Size .12" [3 mm]
Found in Rio de Janiero state of Brazil in cloud forests at elevations of 900 to 1000 meters as a mini-miiniature sized, warm growing, caespitose epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by 2, membraneous, short-lived, loose, tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, obovate, faintly conduplicate leaf that blooms in the summer through mid fall on a 1 to 1.4" [2.5 to 3.5 cm] long, 2 to 5 flowered inflorescence arisng through a spathe at the base of the leaf.
