Found in Sumatra at elevations around 1500 to 1700 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with a long and branching stem carrying many basally twisted, lanceolate, acute, long-apiculate leaves that blooms in the winter on a terminal, occasionally laterally, very short to .07" [2 mm], 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence
