Common Name or Meaning The Small Leafed Podochilus

Flower Size .15" [3mm]

Found in Myanmar, Nicobar Islands, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Java, Borneo and Sumatra on mossy tree trunks in hill forests at elevations of 60 to 1400 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with thin freely branching stems enveloped completely by leaf-bearing sheaths and carrying distichous, oblong, apiculate, green to reddish leaves that blooms in the winter on a terminal, sometimes lateral, .4" [1 cm] long, thin, zig-zagged, 2 to 6 flowered inflorescence
