Common Name or Meaning The Similar Podochilus

Found in southern Sumatra and Borneo in mangrove swamps and other humid lowland environs at elevations near sea level as a small to medium sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with pendulous, freely branching stems carrying, all along and acutely angled to the stem, linear, shortly acute leaves that blooms on a terminal, short, to 8 flowered inflorescence with ovate, acuminate, concave, shorter than the ovaries floral bracts.
