Found in the Philippines in shady locations at elevations of 1000 to 1500 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool growing epiphyte with stiff, not branching stems carrying 2 ranked, shiny green, narrowly ovate, acute leaves that blooms in the late winter, spring and summer on a terminal, short, 2 ranked, successively many, 2 to 3 at a time inflorescence
