Common Name The Delicate Podochilus

Flower Size .65" [1.7 cm]

Found in Malaysia, Borneo, Java and Sumatra in damp hill, oak/laurel and lower montane forests at elevations of 700 to 1950 meters as a miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte occuring in deep shade with numerous, thin, freely branching stems carrying small, acutely angled, narrowly oblong, apiculate leaves that blooms in the fall on a terminal, rarely lateral, short, 3 to 4 flowered inflorescence with ovate, acuminate floral bracts.
