Found in Junin department of Peru on shrubby grassy slopes at elevations of 2300 to 2500 meters as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with fleshy fasciculate roots giving rise to a roseete of 4 to 6, elliptic, acute, glabrous, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the summer on a terminal, erect, pedunculate, racemose, to *" [20 cm] long, several to many flowered inflorescence with ovate, acute, much shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying non-resupinate flowers with externally green, white internally sepals,white petals and column and a white branching with green veined lip .
