Common Name The Western Prasophyllum - Plains Leek Orchid

Found in Victoria and South Australia at elevations around 20 to 500 meters in grasslands, grassy forests and shrublands as a small to medium sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with a single leaf that blooms in the late winter and spring on an erect, to 18" [to 45 cm] long, several to many [8 to 15] flowered racmose inflorescence with fragrant flowers.
