Common Name The Elegant Prasophyllum - Tall Leek Orchid
Flower Size 3/5" [1.5 cm]
Found in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia where it grows in heathlands, heathy woodlands and open forests, in well drained sandy to clay loams at elevations of sea level to 300 meters as a large sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with an erect, to 5' [150 cm] tall, 10 to 60 flowered inflorescence with fragrant flowers occuring in the spring and early summer.
