Common Name Lindley's Prasophyllum [English Botanist] - The Green Leek Orchid

Flower Size .36 to .44 [.9 to 1.1 cm]

Found in Victoria and Tasmania Australia in near coastal scrub and heath at elevations of 5 to 500 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a slender green stem carrying a single, basally dilated, setaceous to narrowly linear leaf that blooms on an erect, 12" to 21.2" [30 to 53 cm] long, 12 to 50 flowered, racemose inflorescence carrying scented flowers.
