Found in eastern New South Wales Australia near the coast as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a very slender stem carrying a bract close to the flowers, short, or in small few flowered specimens longer than the raceme that blooms in the fall on an erect, 4 to 12" [10 to 30 cm] long, crowded, spicate, few to many flowered inflorescence
