Found in South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania Australia at elevations of sea level to 700 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single leaf that blooms in the later spring and summer on a to 8 to 16" [20 to 40 cm] long, rachis 2.8 to 4.4" [7 to 11 cm] long, 10 to 20 flowered inflorescence carrying fragrant flowers
