Common Name The Auyantepui Prescottia [A Table Top Mountain in southern Venezuela]

Found in Venezuela at elevations of 2000 to 2100 meters as a small sized [in bloom], cold growing terrestrial with only shriveled, linear, acute leaves available for study that blooms on an erect, terminal, thin, peduncle to 10.4" [26 cm] long, rachis to 1.6" [4 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence carrying green flowers.
