Flower Size

Found in Rio Grande Do Sul Brazil and Uruguay in marshy, open vegetation at low elevations near the sea's edge as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with 2 to 5 rosulate, membranaceous, light green, margin entire, elliptic to ovate, acute, rounded below in to the sessile base leaves that blooms in the later winter and early spring on a terminal, erect, 2 to 2.6" [5 to 6.5 cm] long, rachis .4 to .8" [1 to 2 cm] long, 9 to 40 flowered inflorescence carrying non-resupinate flowers.
