Found in New Zealand in lowland to sub-alpine forests as a miniature sized, cold growing terrestrial with 3 to 6 leaves the Lower, elliptic to broadly elliptic the upper, longer and narrower and blooms in the late spring and early summer on an erect, single flowered inflorescence
