Found in Victoria and South Australia at elevations of 5 to 100 meters in heathy and shrubby forests in coastal and near coastal districts as a medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with 3 to 6 leaves that blooms in the winter and spring on an erect, 8 to 18"[20 to 45 cm] long, 1 to 7 flowered inflorescence.
