Common Name The Bellied Pterostylis - The Illawara Rustyhood

Flower Size .8 to .92" [2 to 2.3 cm]

Found in east New South Wales Australia in ironwood and Callitris forests at elevations of 100 to 350 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a rosette of 4 to 11 leaves that blooms in the winter through spring on an erect, 6 to 18" [15 to 45 cm] long, 1 to 9 flowered inflorescence with the flowers projected forward to semi-erect.
