Found in New South Wales and Victoria Australia at elevations of 10 to 800 meters in coastal scrub and shrubby or heathy forests or among granite boulders as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a basal rosetteof dark green, flat leaves that blooms in the fall on an erect, 4 to 6.4" [10 to 16 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence
