Found in Western Australia at elevations of sea level to 150 meters in coastal and near coastal shrubby forests, shrublands and heathlands as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terresrial orchid with a basal rosette of 10 to 18, dark green with pale cream areas and darker net veined leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect, 4 t o10" [10 to 25 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
