Found in Victoria and south Australia under mallee and broombrush at elevations of 5 to 300 meters as a min-miniature to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial orchid with 3 to 5 leaves with crinkled to entire margins that blooms in the Australian winter with an erect, 2.8 to 20" [7 to 50 cm] long, 1 to 12 flowered inflorescence.
