Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]

Found in Venezuela, Guyana, French Guiana, Surinam and northern Brazil at elevations of 140 to 300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with solid, subterete, somewhat compressed, sulcate on one side, medim rather greyish green heavily overlaid with spots of dark purple leaves that blooms in the later summer and fall on a basal, filiform, terete, dark purple, .6" [1.5 cm] long, lightly branched, few flowered inflorescence with small purple bracts.
