Common Name Valverde's Restrepia [Guatemalan Orchid Enthusiast current]

Flower Size

Found in Izabal province of Guatemala at elevations around 1000 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with an erect ramicaul enveloped by white, papery sheaths the lowermost warty, striated not dotted and carrying a single, apical, lilac colored, lanceolate, basally cordiform, microscopically tridentate apically leaves that blooms in the late summer and early fall on a short, successively single, few flowred inflorescence.
