Found in Rwanda and Zaire in rainforests up to 2200 meters in elevation as a small sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with an erect, short stem carrying oblong, unqually bilobed with obtuse to rounded lobes, basally clasping leaves that blooms on a short, .4 to .8" [1 to 2 cm] long, 5 to 6 flowered inflorescence with small bracts.
