Common Name The Cameroon Rhipidoglossum
Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm]
Found in Nigeria, Cameroon, Gulf of Guinea Islands, Zaire, Uganda and Zambia in brachystegia woodlands at elevations of 1000 to 1800 meters as a small to just medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a short, robust stem carrying several, pendent, basally twisted, lanceolate, unequally bilobed apically, with one lobe almost absent leaves that blooms in the winter on 1 to several, pendent, 4 to 9.6" [10 to 24 cm] long, fairly laxly 8 to 10 flowered inflorescence.
