Found in the Solomon Islands in lowland forests at elevations around 100 meters as a small sized, hot epiphyte with a sturdy, decumbent then erect, leafy stem carrying alternate, sturdy, coriaceous, oblong-elliptic, unequally bilobed apically, blue green, basally clasping leaves that blooms on a lateral, peduncle .4 to .8" [1 to 2 cm] long, to 2.4" [6 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence carrying pale orange flowers with a deep green tip to the lip.
