Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]
Found in French Guiana, Surinam, Venezuela and Brazil at lower elevations as a miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with strongly compressed, ridged, clustered pseduobulbs enveloped basallly by 2 to 3, leaf bearing sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, bright shiney green, mid nerve sulcate, rather broadly obtuse and finely mucronate apically, linear, basally clasping leaf that blooms in the summer on an axillary, short, arching to pendant, few [1 to 7] flowered, racemose inflorescence arising on a newly forming growth and carrying fragrant flowers
