Found in Vietnam in primary and mature secondary broad-leaved evergreen humid submontane forests on granite at elevations of 1000 to 1200 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a pendent, branching, leafy stem carrying 5 or so, strap-shaped, acute to obtuse, leaves that blooms in the late winter and earlier spring on a pendent, axillary, branched, each branch 1 to 2.5" [2.5 to 6.75 cm] long, few to several flowered, 4" [10 cm] long overall, fractiflex, many flowered inflorescence .
