Found in Pasco department of Peru in very wet montane forests on twigs at elevations around 1925 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with ellipsoid, complanate pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, elliptic-lanceolate, acuminate, mid vein keeled, basally conduplicate into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on a basal, more or less erect, laxly paniculate, few flowered lateral branches, several flowered inflorescence carrying campanulate flowers.
