Found in Junin Peru without locality as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with small, ovoid-cylindric pseudobulbs enveloped basally by 2 to 3 scarious sheaths and carrying a single apical, lanceolate, thickly coriaceous, acute, narrowing below into the shortly conduplicate base leaf that blooms on a nodding, terete, racemose to somewhat branched, to 4.8" [12 cm] long, 3 to 5 flowered inflorescence with narrow, boat-shaped floral bracts.
